Service Description

The pet-sitter will entertain the animal and re-fill their water and food, while making sure they’ve had a bathroom break and are still happy-chappy. The pet-sitter will look after a maximum of any 4 animals. Basic house maintenance will also be done, which will includes the pet-sitter watering house plants and the garden, if pre-arranged. The locking of doors and windows will be checked each day. Any other security measures to be taken by the house-sitter can be requested and pre-arranged. Sweeping every 2nd day in the living spaces where the pet-sitter and animals go, if the pet-sitter is booked for 2 days or more. Included: Toys: 4 Toys depending on the animals and if applicable. The owner must provide: Poop bags, if applicable. Food

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS/EARLY RETURNS We do not offer refunds for cancellations/early returns/rescheduling (early returns of the Client or Client’s pets in any manner). More than 48-hour notice for cancellations/early returns and you will receive a credit on your account. More than 48-hour notice for rescheduling and you will be allowed to reschedule your appointment for any available date and time in those 10 following days. The client can only reschedule once per booking. Less than 48-hour notice for cancellations/early returns/rescheduling and you will be charged in full for the remainder of visits on that day and any other visits cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48-hours of notice and credited for the rest of your visits.
